Vitaliy Karpenko, a contemporary Ukrainian landscape painter, was born in 1963 in Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine.
From 1979 to 1981 he attended Dnepropetrovsk Art School No.1.
From 1981 to 1986 he studied in Kharkiv State Academy of Design and Fine Arts and graduated with distinction.
From 1987 to 1990 Vitaliy Karpenko worked for st. petersburg Art Conservation Center, where he performed monumental and decorative painting and did restoration works in several museums Feodosia, Ukraine.
During the period from 1995 to 2002 he participated in international art exhibitions on the territory of Ukraine.
From 2010 to 2016 he took part in international art exhibitions in China, Hong Kong and other Asian counties, among them Shanghai Art Fair, Art Canton, Art Beijing, Art Basel in Asia and many others.

Karpenko, Vitalii Dmitrijewitsch ist der moderne ukrainische Maler, geboren 1963 in der Stadt Dnepropetrowsk, Ukraine. 1979-1981 – Studium an der Dnepropetrowsker Schule für Kunst Nr. 1.

1981-1986 – Charkowsker staatliche Akademie für Design und Kunst. 1987-1990 – Restaurationszentrum in sankt petersburg, befasste sich mit der monumental- und dekorativen Malerei, führte Restaurationsarbeiten in den Museen von sankt petersburg und Feodossija. Von 1995 bis 2002 nahm an den internationalen Ausstellungen auf dem Gebiet der Ukraine und Rußland teil. Von 2010 bis 2016 war Teilnehmer an den internationalen Ausstellungen in China, Hongkong und in Asien, unter anderem bei: Shanghai Art Fair, Art Canton, Art Beijing und viele andere. Vitalii Karpenko malt seine Bilder in verschiedenen Stilen und Richtungen, aber am beliebtesten davon sind Realismus, Marinismus sowie Landschaftswerke. Die Werke von Vitalii Karpenko werden in den privaten Sammlungen in der Ukraine und in Asien aufbewahrt.
